George Burton is an Advanced England Coach. George has been in boxing since 1947 and has been coaching since 1962. He has been Head Coach at Hurlingham Boxing Club since May 2010. There are 150 people signed up to that particular club & George has trained the Light middleweight Novice Champion in 2010. Several London South West Divisional Champions and London Semi-finalist, including Samantha Ryan, the National Novice Champion 2013, have trained at Sands End since George started running the club.

George's mission is simple: On the one hand, he assesses individuals quickly and effectively to match them with the type of boxing environment they are looking for. On the other hand, he serves his boxing clients’ needs with a full grasp of the demands of their activities, so that whatever their training needs, he will look after them with care and attention to detail.
